4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans (monthly/yearly) require valid payment details. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all inventory and business data you add to the system.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• Your payment fails for more than 15 days (for paid plans).
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30–90 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gravault is not responsible for:

• Loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
• Third-party system failures or integrations.
• Actions taken based on incorrect inventory data entered by users.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
